Why do you offer an app that doesn't work?

delayed my nursing career because of this horrendous app!

If you have an important exam coming up - use a PC or a Windows laptop, because the Mac application is NOT functional. You will get nothing but a black screen and it will not launch your exam. I attempted to take the NLN-PAX exam using this “browser” and ended up having to reschedule my entire exam last minute because of this god-awful piece of technology. This app is not functional at ALL.

Nice software, but can only crash under MacOS 10.15.4 if used for SAP Exams

I had to use this app to take an exam, the verification of the installation shows all fine. When you start to take the exam it crashes. It is not running at all.

After being unable to take a test, support's passive-aggressive response ended with "Unfortunately support for Mac is limited. If you continue to encounter trouble you may need to use a PC." No attempt was made to diagnose or resolve the issue.

I need this to do the certification but it worked once, at test, on the following days a error message “unknown error was occurred” appears. No support at all.

SCHOOLS: Do NOT use this app as this is an absolute piece of garbage. It has crashed on me during taking an exam 5 times and lost all of my information! It also did NOT reset the timer as it was a timed examination for a certification course.

It does absolutely nothing except give the same description of the app on the opening page.
